They’re offering a host of free health screenings, including vascular, podiatry and blood pressure screenings, blood glucose testing for diabetes and more. Cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings will be available for a fee.
Flu shots will also be available to people who are 60 and older and people with chronic medical conditions, while supplies last.
The fair’s organizers have also assembled a host of kids’ services, including free bike helmets for kids under 12, Kid Care Photo IDs, information on flu prevention, nutrition and more.
They’ll also have chair massage, low-cost disaster kits, and information on flu, injury and cancer prevention. And secure, valet bike parking provided by BikeAlameda.
