CRIMINAL THREATS: Police arrested an Oakland man who they said made criminal threats to a victim or victims. They arrested Edgar Trinidad Casillas, 25, shortly before noon on probable cause of making the threats.
BURGLARY: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who burglarized a boat docked in the 2500 block of Blanding Avenue. Police said that sometime between September 8 and September 12, someone took electronic devices valued at $170 off the boat.

BURGLARY: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who forced entry on a victim’s boat and stole $3,600 worth of property. Police said someone cut the lock on the boat, which was docked in the water off Blanding Avenue, sometime between 3 p.m. September 12 and 9 a.m. September 15. It was not clear what items were taken.
AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for the person or persons who stole a blue 1988 Toyota Camry from an unnamed block of Poggi Street. Police said the vehicle disappeared between 7 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday. No estimated value was given.
AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for a green 1992 Honda Accord they said was stolen from the 2400 block of Shoreline Avenue. The car disappeared sometime between 4:10 p.m. and 9:55 p.m. No estimated value was given.
AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who took a white 1991 Honda Accord from the 2500 block of Encinal Avenue. They said the theft occurred sometime between 8:30 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. An estimated value was not given.
DRUNK DRIVING: Police arrested John Santiago Rice, 51, of Antioch on a charge of drunk driving. Police said Rice hit parked vehicles on the 1400 block of Eighth Street and that he showed signs of intoxication. They said he also was driving on a suspended license and that he had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested shortly after midnight.

BURGLARY: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who stole a laptop computer, jewelry and cash from a Buena Vista Avenue apartment while its resident was out running errands. Police said the burglary occurred between 2:40 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. and that the suspect or suspects gained entry into the victim’s apartment through an open balcony sliding door. The items were valued at $6,632.20.

AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for the person or people who took a burgundy 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck from an unnamed block of High Street late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. Police said the vehicle had been left unlocked.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who may have attempted to burglarize a resident’s home. Police said the victim called them at around 12:30 p.m. to report that someone had tried to break the deadbolt lock of their front door and that on a separate occasion, someone broke the toggles on the deadbolt. The alleged crime took place in an unnamed block of Chestnut Street.
BURGLARY: Police are looking for a suspect or suspects who stole some unidentified items from a victim’s home, in an unnamed block of Holly Street. The alleged crime occurred sometime between 11:50 a.m. and 3 p.m. The value of the items was not listed.
BURGLARY: Police are looking for the person or persons who broke into a woman’s storage locker while she was away at work. Police said that between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., someone broke into the victim’s storage locker on an unnamed block of Otis Drive and stole two old tennis rackets. The estimated worth of the rackets was $40.
HOME INVASION: Police are looking for five people who they said broke into a victim’s home, waved a gun and stole unnamed property. They said the suspects broke into the home, in an unnamed block of Ballena Boulevard, shortly after 11:30 p.m. They said the suspects had a gun. An estimate of the items’ value was not given.

GRAND THEFT: Police are looking for the person or persons who broke into a local auto sales outfit and stole a VCM device from a vehicle. Police said the theft took place sometime between 6 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday at a dealership on the 1900 block of Park Street and that the suspect broke the vehicle’s lock and pried the device out from under the hood. Its value was estimated at $500.
STRONG ARM ROBBERY: Police are looking for a suspect in a strong arm robbery early this morning. They said a man was asked by the suspect if he wanted to purchase some marijuana, shortly after midnight on the 2300 block of Alameda Avenue. When the victim refused, the suspect pushed the victim against a wall and stole $14 from his pocket before fleeing on foot. No suspect information was given.
GRAND THEFT: Police are looking for a suspect who they believe stole a local woman’s rings while in her home. Police said the victim believes the crime occurred sometime between Monday and Thursday when the suspect, an acquaintance, was in the woman’s home in the 2500 block of Barbers Point Road. No suspect information was given. The jewelry was valued at $3,620.
ROAD RAGE: Police are looking for a suspect who they say pointed an assault rifle at a victim during an apparent road rage incident. Police said the they are looking for the driver of a 2009 metallic blue Audi with tinted rear windows and a rear spoiler, who the victim said was following him dangerously close through the Webster Tube, at about 4:30 p.m. The victim said the suspect followed him as he turned onto Otis Drive and then pulled up alongside him. No further information, including a description of the suspect, was available.

THEFT ARREST: Police arrested a transient on a vehicle theft charge. Police said they arrested Andres Lee Apodaca, 19, no address, after a man called to report that he saw Apodaca driving his stolen truck. Police said they stopped Apodaca as he walked away from the vehicle and arrested him after the witness positively identified him. Police said they took Apodaca into custody.
BATTERY: Police are looking for an unknown suspect who they said struck a victim in the face early Saturday morning. Police said the victim was struck in the face around 1 a.m. in an unnamed block of Mecartney Drive. No suspect information was given.
ASSAULT: Police arrested Evan Christopher Barger, 22, of Alameda, on an assault charge shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday. Police said Barger assaulted an unnamed victim. They said he was booked into Alameda City Jail.
TRESPASSING: Police arrested a 71-year-old man and charged him with trespassing after he was reported for picketing in front of the Alameda Theater. Police arrested Reed Putnam, no city of residence given, after they said he stood three feet inside of the theater’s property line. Police said Putnam had been warned several times in the past not to picket on the property.
DRUNK DRIVING: Police arrested an Alameda woman on a drunk driving charge. Police said Christine Aurora Clerc, 45, appeared intoxicated and refused to submit to field sobriety or chemical testing as she pulled over on the 2300 block of Pacific Avenue. She was booked into Alameda City Jail.
DRUNK DRIVING: Police arrested Jorge Isaac Barquero, 45, of Alameda on a drunk driving charge. They said Barquero was contacted leaving the scene of a disturbance and that he showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested and booked into Alameda City Jail.
AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for the person or persons who stole a light blue 1989 Honda Civic from the 1200 block of Pacific Avenue late Friday or Saturday. Police said the vehicle’s doors were locked.

AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for a person or persons who stole a resident’s vehicle late Saturday or early Sunday morning. Police said a gold 1995 Cadillac STS was stolen from the 200 block of Brush Street either late Saturday or early Sunday morning. The car’s owner said his driver’s side and passenger side windows were rolled down about one inch. No estimate of the vehicle’s value was offered.
AUTO THEFT: Police are looking for the person or persons who stole a vehicle from the 300 block of Westline Drive. The car is a white 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle that police said is completely original, with wire wheels. They said the car, which had been parked in additional space the victim rented for it, was stolen sometime over the past month. No estimate of the car’s value was given.
ASSAULT: Police arrested a local woman on an assault with a deadly weapon charge after she allegedly assaulted a neighbor. Police arrested Corina Helen Rodrigues, 38, after the alleged assault.
BATTERY: Police are looking for a suspect who punched a local man in a fit of anger, breaking the man’s jaw. Police said the suspect hit the victim at around 8:30 p.m. at a bar on the 2500 block of Santa Clara Avenue. Police said the suspect was wearing a black kilt but did not provide further details.
