Farmers Market pics!
This past Saturday, the weekly farmers market at Webster and Haight turned into a Hot (Rod) Summer Market with music, classic cars and … hula hooping!
The family and I walked over to check it out and to pick up some choice baked goods from the La Farine stand and fresh fruit (mmm, peaches and strawberries). And I snapped some pics while I was out there, not too long after the market’s 9 a.m. start – which was, literally, before things started getting hot.
Scroll down and look to your right, and you’ll see them there under the Island Images tab. And if you’d like to catch the farmer’s market live, it’s up and running from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, all year round.
