Frank Bette Center for the Arts’ annual Plein Air Paintout is coming to a close. Awards ceremonies are set for 5 p.m. today in the center court at Alameda Towne Centre, and the art created this week will be on sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the shopping mall.
