School board talks budget tonight
Just wanted to drop a quick reminder that the school board is holding a budget workshop from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today in the multipurpose room of Will C. Wood Middle School, 420 Grand Street. An agenda is available on the school district’s website.
By the way, the district is in the process of developing a master plan that will address the future direction of public education in Alameda. School board President Mike McMahon has put out the call for participation; you can check out all the materials on his indispensable website.
