Here’s the results as of 11:04 p.m., with 25 of 52 precincts (48%) reporting. Looks like deHaan and Gilmore are solidifying their leads for those council seats; Tam, Spencer and Mooney continue to hang on for school board, with both incumbents trailing; and Measure P is still losing but gaining ground, failing by fewer than 250 votes.

We checked out the map of precincts reported thus far, and it looks like the Gold Coast, lower Fernside, Bayport and part of Harbor Bay Farm are the precincts counted.

People are dancing in the streets in Oakland and Berkeley to celebrate Obama’s victory in the presidential race, by the way … and Proposition 8 maintains a slight lead.

More to come.

Doug deHaan: 8297/30.94%
Marie L. Gilmore: 7983/29.77

Niel Tam: 9492/26.33
Trish Spencer: 7019/19.47

Janet C. Gibson: 6616/18.35
